Rebecca Raggs Original vintage dress size 3T. Dress is red with white polka dots. Has white textured waistband with embroidered ladybug appliqués. Dress buttons and ties in the back. Made in the USA. Shoulder to hem measures 21” pit to pit 12.5” waist seam to seam 12”. Dress is in great condition, it does have one spot just below the waistband. I believe the fabric has been caught, not an actual hole but the white shows. Refer to pics. Pet and smoke free home.
