Tag on the inside lining says Dry Clean Only in Japanese

Vintage from the 90s or early 00s (Y2K) tweed skirt suit. Colors are dark purple / eggplant, light blue, and beige / tan. Measurements are in photos - please compare against similar clothes. My guess is it would fit a modern size 4 or size 6.

There are belt loops made out of a single piece of string but there is no belt with this suit. Notch color on the blazer, double breasted with purple and gold buttons. Lined inside the jacket and skirt.
