This item is a Preston & York women's dress in size 8. This dress is in good used condition. It does have a small fabric issue on the bottom where a sleeve attaches to the body on the right side. It is about 1/4 inch long. I have included a photo of the area. Otherwise, this dress is free from known issues such as holes or stains.
