This is a costume quality Halloween tulle skirt. It's a Very full skirt with orange and black panels. Worn often by my daughter year round as she loves Halloween! Would best fit at 2-3 years

costume quality. There is no skirt lining and the hem is unfinished. The panels of black and orange are not attached to each other so it literally panels of alternating color tulle on a waist band [the panels are not sewn together to each other at the sides]
Condition Note - the last few photos attempt to show some tears in a black tulle panel at the back of the skirt. The skirt is so full it's not noticeable and blends with the styling since the panels are not sewn to each other
some minor snags in the tulle throughoutI hope another girl can enjoy this as much as mine did!
