There is a tiny blue whale at the bottom edge of hem as well as small slit and the hem with light blue lining to show off the contrast of the color There is an elastic loop with button for the keyhole closure The black stain is the size of a stick pin head and is the Only visible stain. I'm actually not sure if the color is bleeding or the pilling of the material is overlapping the colors Super cute for playground or other activity where you want her to look cute but not ruin a nice outfit.
