@c&p_mommy Hi! I would say yes. If anything it may run a tad big, but not to where it would be noticeable or where it would fall off. The pants are elastic so they are very stretchy. My daughter wore it when she was a few days shy turning 2 (and was wearing 24 months/2T).

Bought at Spirit Halloween. Pinkfong Baby Shark costume comes with pants, head piece, and puffy body piece. True to size. Fit my toddler as she was starting to wear 2T clothes.
Worn twice - once for Halloween and second for Baby Shark Live show. No stains and in great condition. Only part showing some wear are the teeth on the hood since it is just felt material.
