So I don't understand if this is a vintage "rescued" item or if it was actually made for/by Paris Montana (boutique you can find online if you are so inclined) but the tag says "Paris Montana Vintage Salvage" and then it has a Paris Montana label.
It is mostly silk with some rayon
It is turquoise blue with like a purple kind of splashed throughout and then what appears to have been a dyeing accident that really just adds to the fun.
Pair this with some cowgirl boots and a short skirt or jeans
