Naartjie velour dress in cranberry red, from the "Vintage Lace" line. Size 4 Years Colors are still nice and bright. It is pullover style with a round neck. There is an applique embroidered flower design on the front, over an overlay of lace that runs down the left side. Long sleeves, with ruffle stitching on wrist cuffs. Three tiers of ruffles at the hem of the dress. Dress is almost 100 percent cotton, exclusive of trim, except for the sleeves, which also have 4 percent spandex.
