Kids pottery barn Cookie Monster costume size 7-8. The insides if the feet and arms are a bit dirty. This needs to probably be washed before using. THIS DOES NOT COME WITH THE COOKIE MONSTER HEAD. it was misplaced and DOES NOT come with it. I'm sure another can be purchased to wear with this. Comes as shown in the photos. I may have missed something minor. Ask any and all questions.
