I hand make all my TuTus. They are made with an elastic waist so they will stretch. I also use lots of tulle so that they will be fluffy!!

This listing is for a baby TuTu. The size is a 2T and is 10 inches long. These will stretch so u can probably use it much longer then the 2T size.

The color is a metallic bronze gold with light pink mixed in.

Each TuTu will be in brand new unworn condition.
