Two piece reversible top floral outfit by Fussen Usagl of Japan. This is a vintage outfit & rare because the Japanese manufacturer went out of business in 2013 after being in business for 80+ years.

Quality constructed cotton outfit

The top has two layers, one in the pink floral & one in the corresponding yellow floral fabric.
The top can be worn as a reversible top.

Ruffled ends to legs and base of top

Sleeves are somewhat puffed with mid arm in length

Banded neck & sleeves

I purchased this outfit at Nordstrom's in 2001
for my daughter (one owner)
